Arrive 5 minutes early, allowing for traffic, parking, finding location, using the bathroom, turning your phone on silent and no vibrate. Unfortunately due to the community setting late arrivals are no longer accepted.

If you arrive late, unfortunately, we will not be able to see you, and you will forfeit your appointment. Please book another session if needed. This policy ensures we can provide quality service to all clients and stay on schedule.

To keep community acupuncture affordable for all we ask that you bring 2 clean dry towels to your appointment.  There is an extra fee of $10 to be paid if you would like or need us to provide for you.

Even if you have came previously only needing one towel, you must bring two as the treatment often changes,

Each acupuncture session typically lasts around 45 minutes. Your appointment will start with a short consultation, points and then you will be left to relax for 30 minutes with points in.

Please wear loose fitting clothing and be prepared for cooler medical centre temperatures in the shared treatment room. 

It is a quiet space, we try to keep our voices down, however, sometimes this isn’t possible, so if noise around you bothers you, feel free to bring ear plugs or earphones to play your own music / meditation etc.

There are two locations, please make sure you have the correct location when booking (Mondays: Byron Bay |  Wednesdays and Fridays: Mullumbimby)
