1. Please bring 2 clean, dry towels to each appointment.

2. Please arrive 5 minutes early — late arrivals are not possible. Allow for traffic, parking, finding location, using the bathroom, turning your phone on silent and no vibrate.

3. Unfortunately due to the community setting late arrivals are no longer accepted. If you arrive late, unfortunately, we will not be able to see you, and you will forfeit your appointment. Please book another session if needed. This policy ensures we can provide quality service to all clients and stay on schedule.

4. Price is $45 if you provide towels / $55 if you want us to provide towels.

5. Please turn your phone to Airplane Mode

6. Sessions are 45 minute total

7. Wear loose fitting clothing

8. Quiet space: earphones & earplugs welcome

9. Check your location and booking day. We have two locations:  Mondays – Byron Bay | Wednesdays & Fridays – Mullumbimby
